New 12% Tariff on MODPADZ Products – Order Before April 15 to Avoid Extra Costs!

Dear Valued MODPADZ Customers,

We want to bring an urgent update regarding recent changes in U.S. trade policy that directly impact MODPADZ products. The second wave of tariffs on overseas imports, implemented by executive order on February 5, 2025, has broadened the scope of existing trade restrictions, leading to an additional 12% tariff on our products.

Understanding the New Tariff Regulations

Previously, under the Section 321 de minimis entry process, tariffs were applied only to shipments valued over $800, allowing certain lower-value items to be imported duty-free. However, the new executive order eliminates this exemption for all overseas imports, regardless of their value. Furthermore, the latest expansion of tariffs now includes MODPADZ products—meaning that starting April 15, 2025, all orders placed or shipped after this date will be subject to a mandatory 12% tariff.

This tariff is being enacted under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) and is being used to regulate trade in response to national security concerns. As outlined in the latest executive orders, the tariff applies to all products ordered and or shipped to the U.S. on or after April 15th, 2025—

How This Affects Your Orders

✅ Orders placed before April 15, 2025 – No additional tariff will be applied.

✅ Orders placed or shipped on or after April 15, 2025 – Subject to the new 12% tariff, increasing the total cost of purchase.

✅ Products already in transit before the deadline – If your order is loaded onto a vessel before 12:01 a.m. EST on April 15, 2025, it will not be subject to the new tariff.

🔹 If a new tariff is imposed after you place your order but before your unit ships, the tariff will be added directly to your remaining balance.
