Terms and Conditions:

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total purchase price is required at the time of placing the order. This deposit secures your order and initiates the production process.

2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the shipment of the product. Failure to complete the payment within 30 days of the order date may result in order cancellation.

3. Cancellation: Orders cancelled after the deposit has been paid will result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount. No refunds will be provided for cancelled orders.

4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Please contact us for further details on payment options.

5. Currency: All payments must be made in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Delivery: The production and delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer upon order placement. Modpadz will make every effort to deliver the product within the agreed-upon timeframe, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

7. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon receipt of the product, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for any damage or defects. Any issues must be reported to Modpadz within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

8. Warranty: Our products come with a standard warranty as outlined in our warranty policy. Please refer to the warranty terms for details on coverage and exclusions.

9. Modifications: Modpadz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, USA.
